On 13 July 2024, EITA celebrated its 28th anniversary and held its company annual dinner at Courtyard by Marriott Setia Alam. A healthy, meatless dinner was served to over 400 EITArians and business partners, with EITA Managing Director Mr. JS Lim commencing the evening with his opening address.
“I’m very glad to see all our staff and partners together tonight,” said Mr Lim. Before going into the highlights and milestones of FY2023 for the company, he welcomed Branco into the EITA family, “I would like to introduce our new partner, Branco, in which we just acquired an 80% stake. Let’s extend a warm welcome to them as they join our loving EITA family.” In his closing remarks, he expressed gratitude to his EITA colleagues and the Board of Directors for their dedication, cooperation, and hard work in achieving a commendable performance for 2023. “I am confident that EITA will remain dynamic and resilient in this highly competitive environment. Together, we will strive to grow EITA and bring greater success to all our stakeholders,” concluded Mr. Lim.
The event was truly glamorous, with staff dressed in futuristic outfits. Organized by the EITA Sports Club committee and dedicated volunteers, the annual dinner was a remarkable success. A round of applause to them for creating an enjoyable, entertaining, and memorable evening!
The evening featured a captivating drum light show and special multi-lingual performances by the emcee.
In keeping with the celebratory spirit, drinks were enjoyed, and customary ‘Yam Sengs’ echoed around the ballroom. The festivities continued with an engaging “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?” game involving the audience!
As is fitting for an occasion such as this, we acknowledged and honoured EITA’s long-serving staff, ranging from 10 to 25 years of service. We salute you!

As the evening concluded, the best-dressed winners were announced, and lucky draw participants took home valuable prizes such as an iPhone 15, PlayStation 5, iPad Air, Redmi Note 13 Pro, and Philips Air Purifier, among others. Congratulations to all the lucky winners!
